We are glad to announce that the twelfth and final version of the EUFam’s case-law database is now available for public consultation.
The database contains data concerning 780 decisions applying the European Union Regulations on cross-border litigation in family matters issued by the courts of Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Slovakia, and Spain.
We are very glad that the efforts made by the research consortium led to the creation of a such relevant database.
