The EUFam’s University of Valencia Team is glad to share the Spanish report on good practices.
This report has been drafted following the Spanish exchange seminar, which took place in Valencia on 24 October 2016. Selected academics, judges and practitioners have been invited to exchange their views and experience in order to highlight strengths and shortcomings of the relevant European Union Private International Law Regulations in family matters. In addition, a French expert attended the seminar in order to refer on the application of the Regulations in that Member State.The seminar was held under Chatham House Rule and, therefore, the names of the participants are undisclosed and their view is anonymised.
