The EUFam’s University of Osijek Team is glad to share the Croatian report on good practices.
This report has been drafted following the Croatian exchange seminar, which took place in Osijek on 13-14 October 2016. Selected academics, judges and practitioners have been invited to exchange their views and experience in order to highlight strengths and shortcomings of the relevant European Union Private International Law Regulations in family matters. In addition, a Slovenian expert attended the seminar in order to refer on the application of the Regulations in that Member State. The seminar was held under Chatham House Rule and, therefore, the names of the participants are undisclosed and their view is anonymised.
Starting today, the Croatian report on good practices is freely available for download and consultation.
